Construction Gantry Crane

Construction gantry crane mainly used in expressway construction, bridge construction, PowerStation construction, precast beam yard, ect. Whole crane is designed by trussed structure, leg use tube, light dead weight, small wheel pressure, steady performance. The crane all speed is low working speed, light dead weight, strong wind resistance and compact structure. For long travel, we use cycloid gear reducer, soft start motor, total 8 wheels and4 driving wheel, to guarantee the stability. Whole crane power is reduced and the cost is reduced too. Overload limit, zero protection device, emergency switched, travel limit switch, buffer, rail clamp and other security devices. Crane's is closed cabin control, equipped with adjustable seat, insulation mat on the floor, toughened glass for the window, fire extinguisher and electric fan, it also can be equipped with cold-hot air conditioner, acoustic alarm and interphone by customer's requirement.
